We are members of TICA CATS in Germany, TICA USA and WikingCat's (TICA in Denmark) and the Danish Mainecoon Club We have been breeding mainecoons for 6-7 years. We breed healthy, strong, big maineccons with great temper. We scann and gen-test our cats - and are wery selective about which kittens to use and sell as breeding cat's. Only the best kittens are sold for breed - kittens deceided to be sold as pets, are nutered before leaving our home. When we choose if a kitten is good enugh to be sold as fertile/ breeding cat - we look at the following subjects: * Do we belive the kitten to fit the MAINECOON STANDART fx: placement of ears, profile, muzzel ect. * How is the cat build - is there harmoni in the body ? Is the boing strong? * What about the tail - is long enugh - with out faults? * How is the cat standing on it legs?? Are the legs turning outwards - like Bambi on ICE ?? Does the front legs turn ore are they pointing forwards as they are supposed to ?? * How is their hearts - is ther knowledge of HCM ore any other diseases on the heart of the parrents/grandparrents ect ??? * What about the hips and knees ?? ect ect.ect. * We do also work with mainecoon cat's that - in future - can be used as terapi cats. *DEPOSITE FOR A KITTEM: if you wish to book a kitten - you will need to pay a deposite - deposite will not be returned if you change your mind. But if the kitten get ill with no chance of recovery ore breeder do not feel that the kitten turn out to be good enugh - deposite will be returned.
